At MT Graphics, every personalized product is custom-made according to your specifications. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Personalized & Customized Products

As all customized products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

This includes products customized with:

  • Photos

  • Names

  • Custom Text

  • Logos

  • Artwork

  • Any other personalized details

Please ensure that all customization details, spellings, uploaded images, and order information are accurate before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • A product with a manufacturing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (where applicable)

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before customization or production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are not possible as the product is made exclusively for your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Image & Customization Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • High-quality images

  • Correct names and spellings

  • Accurate customization details

MT Graphics is not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect information provided by the customer, or design choices approved by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error made by MT Graphics or the product is damaged during transit.
